I have been drawing in ink for around 5 years in a variety of styles, I tend to use bold outlines and crosshatching in most of my pieces and have a love for filling paper with multiple little drawings in a theme, this is the first art styleI learned and practiced and has always been my go-to medium in art.
Although I have only been using acrylics for a few months I discovered very quickly how fun the medium was, the bright, bold colours and easy layering really suits my developing art style and it is perfect for my experimentation with abstract pieces, I hope to continue refining my skills in this medium through my journey.
Pencil drawings will always be my first steps in creating a piece, however I also love creating quick sketches or little pieces in coloured pencil, although it's not my specialty I will always enjoy the process and the final piece.
